For over fourteen years, The Mad Hatters Collection has been quietly crafting spaces where creativity, connection, and experience come together. Rooted in a strong foundation of hospitality, events and exceptional customer care, our journey has always been guided by one simple belief: that meaningful moments are created when people feel seen, welcomed, and inspired.

At the heart of the collection is a group of passionate, leading women, supported by an incredible team who bring warmth, care, and attention to every detail. Together, we have built something far greater than a business - a space where creativity becomes a thread that connects people across every stage of life. Because pottery is not just an activity. It is for everyone.

 

A Journey Through Life, Held Creatively

From the earliest moments of childhood through to later life, our spaces are designed to support people through their entire life journey. We nurture young minds, opening creative pathways through painting, play, and imagination. We host children’s parties within our studios in Arborfield and Iver, as well as externally through The Mad Hatters Club—creating joyful, memorable experiences for families.

We are also there for life’s most special moments - hosting hen parties, baby showers, bespoke baby, hand & footprints and milestone birthday celebrations, each one thoughtfully curated and fabulous in its own right, filled with creativity, laughter, and connection. As our community grows, so do the relationships we build. Many of our guests return time and time again, becoming part of the fabric of what we do. For some, our spaces become something even more meaningful - a place of familiarity, comfort, and gentle creativity during later life.

We are honoured to support returning clients and especially to provide our services to SEN & memory and dementia journeys, offering environments that are calm, welcoming, and quietly therapeutic. Across every age and every stage, creativity becomes a constant.

 

Our Spaces & Experiences

Our flagship studio, Mad Hatters Pottery Painting Arborfield, located within Henry Street Garden Centre, has become a much-loved destination for creativity, calm, and connection. Alongside this, The Mad Hatters Club extends our offering beyond the studio - curating bespoke experiences across the Home Counties. From wellness gatherings and corporate events to private celebrations, educational workshops, and adult care experiences, each one is thoughtfully shaped around the people it serves. Our next chapter unfolds with Mad Hatters Iver, our upcoming Buckinghamshire flagship, continuing our vision in a new setting while holding the same warmth and quality at its core.

We proudly collaborate with Baked in Berkshire, enhancing our experiences with thoughtful food and hospitality. Behind the scenes, our kiln operations ensure that every piece is finished with consistency, care, and craftsmanship—supporting both our own studios and our growing network.
