Items We Cannot Fire

To protect our staff, customers, and community reputation, we reserve the right to refuse to glaze or fire any item that includes:

• Hate symbols or extremist imagery
• Discriminatory or offensive content
• Graphic violence
• Sexual content
• Anything that could reasonably cause distress or harm to others


If an item falls into these categories, staff should:

1. Politely decline to fire it.
2. Offer to return it unfired.
3. Avoid recommending another studio.
4. Notify management if the customer becomes confrontational.


This policy applies to all customers, without exception.
