What is “Celebrate with Cake”?
We love a reason to celebrate!
When you join, you’ll receive a 'Celebrate with Cake' card. Bring it along on or near a special date — like a birthday or anniversary — and enjoy complimentary celebratory cake during your visit.
Do I need to book ahead for cake?
We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy times, so we can make your celebration extra lovely.

What is Wednesday Gold Day?
Every Wednesday is a good day at Mad Hatters — but for Silver members, it’s even better.
Show your membership card and enjoy 25% off food and drink when ordering in the café.

Can I use Wednesday Gold Day with other offers?
Wednesday Gold Day can’t be combined with other discounts or promotions — it’s already pretty golden as it is!

How does the Gold complimentary pottery item work?
Gold members receive one complimentary pottery item of their choice when signing up to their membership.
Choose from our wide range of pottery items and enjoy creating something truly your own.

Do I need my membership card?
Yes please! A physical membership card is needed to enjoy your lovely member perks but don't worry if you lose it, we can look up your details on the system.
​
What if I don’t use all my benefits?
All benefits must be used during your active membership period — once it ends, unused perks can’t be carried over but you can always renew your membership (or upgrade) to carry on.
